We are an independent risk management consultancy, and our independence allows us to provide objective risk management advice without conflict. We do not sell risk products nor are we agents for any. We offer clients impartial and focussed advice. We will not flood your project with consultants but will work in collaboration with your own specialists or educate your own staff to any level (e.g. we currently educate from beginner to masters degree level)
Methodology
We can provide you with a risk (and project) management methodology, review yours or introduce a standard (like RAMP/TRM/PRAM etc.) depending on your needs.
We will also train your staff, or train your trainers and provide them with all necessary tools.
